The wall domino with 12 stones is made of wood and is lovingly made entirely by hand in our house.

Description:

12 dominoes are securely attached to a wooden bar with small ribbons and balls. If you pull on the balls, the dominoes stand upright. When all the stones are in place, you nudge one stone and they all fall over one after the other.

Children understand the domino effect when they play. They also practice the pincer grip when they pull on the balls to set the pieces up. Patience and tolerance of frustration when all the pieces fall over are also important characteristics for development, which are learned through play.
At the same time, colors can be recognized and named (in the rainbow color variant), counting can be practiced, and mechanical connections can be discovered.

This wall element can also be arranged in unlimited rows.
It is also suitable as the bottom element for a row of wall dominoes mounted one above the other with levers on the left or right.

Our wall domino is much more than just a beautiful and decorative wooden toy. Behind it is an educational concept by the designer and educator Dr. Fridlind Siebrecht.

The game stimulates the imagination and promotes creativity and dexterity. The development of fine motor skills, tactile sensitivity and visual perception is promoted in a playful way for babies, toddlers and adolescents. In particular, the so-called pincer grip is practiced in this way.
