WHY FRIDLIN?
yes, why individual fridlin play elements and not a motor skills play wall with lots on it? Because too many stimuli at once are absolutely not suitable for learning, especially for children's brains. With FRIDLIN toys, the learning process is exactly how a brain works. There is ONE stimulus from outside, the colorful pieces practically invite you to discover and try things out. The child concentrates on ONE thing, has fun and will repeat it over and over again. This strengthens the connections in the brain. Eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills are improved in a playful but sustainable way.
No adult has to explain anything.

Beautiful, high-quality wooden goods have been lovingly handcrafted in our small factory in the middle of the Thuringian Forest since 1867. In the early days of the factory, these were sewing boxes, slate boards and gramophone cabinets, but today modern wooden toys in bright colors are manufactured here.
The highest quality standards for the beautiful, almost soft surfaces have been the seal of quality of the manufactured products from the very beginning; everything should feel like it's a pleasure to hold in your hand. Owner Hans-Peter Keil and his wife Sigrid, as well as all employees in our family business, work on each game until it would also be a joy for their own children and grandchildren to play with.

Handcrafted for every game
Every step of the process is important to us, it is the only way to achieve the quality we are proud of. Natural materials are handcrafted to a high standard. Durability and sustainability are values we live by, not marketing.
Sustainable packaging
Our games are delivered in simple cardboard boxes for the sake of the environment , as the games do not require a box to clean up after unpacking. We do not use elaborately printed cardboard, which is difficult to recycle, nor do we use plastic viewing windows on the box.
We also do not use screws and dowels for wall mounting. Every wall, whether concrete, masonry, wood or plasterboard, requires different screws. This avoids unnecessary waste.
